Assistants – They record the data, match ledger accounts with the analytics, and provide the seniors with the data necessary to compile the reports. Our multilevel selection process and training and support system help them to have a firm professional knowledge as soon as possible and also to become soon an expert of a functional field. Parallel with their improvement they attend their jobs more and more independently, thus they play more and more important role in the preparation of reports.

Seniors – They have gained widespread experience in the field of administration with numerous successful multi-national companies.

Summary of their job:

  • Providing help in daily tasks requiring greater competence.

  • Coordination, control and supervision of financial and accounting activity, guaranteeing the quality of works and the achievement of deadlines

 Managers – The managers are the permanent contact persons of PS towards the Client, they are responsible for checking the compliance with all legal requirements in relation to any work and for full compliance with the basic accounting strategies. Their duties also  include functional management of the project team and distribution of tasks among the team members. They check, analyse and evaluate the returns and reports prepared by the seniors to make sure that their standards are up to the high professional requirements expected by PS.

Partners – The Partners are responsible for performing the undertaken works by dead-line, for enabling the smooth flow of information and for the quality management of the processes.

We point it out here that we consider pro-activity of our colleagues to be a key element of our success that is we expect them to utilize their abilities, to take the initiative, to co-operate with their managers and Clients in identifying the possibility of mistakes (or economical events) which may jeopardize the quality of our services and/or the business of our Clients, and thus in the end to help avoid such events. We also expect them to be able to identify the points in our work where further developments are possible or expectable.

Predictable career

The basic conditions of the predictability of the career for all our colleagues are as follows :

  • we have to clearly define the expectations and development targets for them,

  • we have to provide the resources for the achievement of their targets,

  • we have to regularly review the performance of our team-members and the progress of their development,

  • and subsequently we have to define the new performance and development targets for their further progress.

The advance of our colleagues on the steps of their career depends on their achieving the performance and development targets set out for them.

Depending on their performance, knowledge and experience our junior accountants generally take 2-4 years to attain the senior level. By that time they reach the level of knowledge and experience which enables them to organize and manage independently the daily works of our project team for a Client.

Generally within 3-6 years our seniors achieve a professional level to enable them to fulfil medium- or high-level management positions in the field of finance, accounting or payroll management in any domestic or multi-national company. It is important to note that they are able to reach this level because their scope of experience is very wide, as during the period of their employment with PS they get familiar  with the business processes of many Clients active in various branches of industry on domestic or regional scale by performing their financial and accounting functions. In other words after only a few years they possess knowledge and experience as if they had spent several years in a medium level management position with each of 6-8 multi-national companies.

Our most successful and ambitious seniors have the opportunity to become, in the position of a manager, a member of our company’s management. Their challenge is to add, by simultaneously leading several project teams, outstanding management experience to their already existing firm professional skills.
