ACCA event held at
Process Solutions Headquarters
ACCA
in Hungary has organized its last event on the spot of Process
Solutions. The event was a cocktail reception aiming to provide a
networking opportunity to ACCA members.
PS management also represented itself as more than ten of our managers
and partners attended during the event. In the beginning there was a
short introduction of ourselves by András and János. They also spoke
about how important it is for PS to encourage our colleagues to go for
and gain the ACCA qualification. Those roughly 36 members who were with
us that night enjoyed each other's company and some good food and drinks
as well. Some of us met some old friends, colleagues and business
partners at this event.
We believe that organizing similar events in the future will strengthen
our position on the market.

ACCA event held in on 13 December 2011
ACCA
in Czech Republic has invited Process Solutions to present at a club
evening in Prague. The presentation's topic was about financial shared
service centres. Andrew Majlath, Tomas Frkal and Balázs Urbán made the
presentation, which was followed by an interactive discussion between
ACCA members and presenters. The presentation covered several areas such
as basics about shared service centres, the sector's role and attributes
in the Central-Eastern European region, current trends and a greater
overview. The event was successful with more than 30 ACCA members and
affiliates attending. This event also served as an opening session of
our new collaboration with ACCA. In the frame of this collaboration we
will do the same event in other PS countries over this year - next time
in Budapest some time in March.
Last but not least, as a proof of how important these events are, we are
happy to say that we are now working on two proposals that came through
this event...

The presentation followed by a discussion will be given by three of
leaders of of PS Group.

Speakers will discuss current status, trends
and future outlook for the Shared Service Centre industry.
The presentation will focus on SSCs performing finance functions in
the CEE region and will outline expected effects that the SSC
industry will have on accounting professionals.
Andrew Majlath, ACA is a partner in Process Solutions. Before
joining Process Solutions, Andrew worked for Arthur Andersen as audit
manager. From 1994 to 2002 worked as an independent financial
consultant, responsible for PS regional operations.
Balazs Urban, ACCA is a manager in Process Solutions. Before
joining Process Solutions, Balasz worked for Deloitte and PwC
specializing in SSC consultancy, from 2011 he is responsible for PS
business development relating to SSCs.
Tomas Frkal, LL.M. is a manager in Process Solutions and an
ex-tax consultant in Arthur Andersen. Tomas worked from 2001 to 2008 as
an in-house tax councel in Eurotel and RWE, responsible for PS Prague
operations.

CSR activity of the
Process Solutions Czech branch − Sponsoring of local youth choir
Process Solutions Prague recently took an
opportunity to support local amateur culture scene by co-financing an
interesting musical project.
A vocal ensemble based in Liberec, Czech Republic, released its first CD
at the end of May 2011 and Process Solutions in Czech Republic became
