Our Service Platforms
At Process Solutions, we provide a range of services designed to operate and support the finance and accounting function of your business. These start from a simple off-site bookkeeping service providing the necessary statutory compliance, to comprehensive outsourcing of the entire finance and accounting function for clients with more complex management reporting and controlling requirements.
We also assume responsibility for operating specific limited processes or activities within the finance and accounting function, particularly where those activities require a “specialist” skill. In these cases, the client has determined, either for strategic reasons or purely on the grounds of economics, it does not wish to maintain the necessary specialist skills in-house.
Service Platform Matrix
Our “Core Service Platform” is the base from which all our outsourced services are provided. Our expert staff move, as-needed, to other platforms that surround the core. These “surrounding platforms” represent sub-groups of individuals who combine to provide certain required services to certain specific clients on an ongoing or an ad-hoc project basis.

Certain individuals may be assigned to a surrounding platform almost permanently, whilst others with a specialist skill may move between surrounding platforms several times per day, as needed. At Process Solutions, our ability to assemble those individuals with the appropriate combination of skills, to the appropriate surrounding platform, for just the required time, and then moving those individuals to other platforms, is what leads to the efficient yet innovative processes that benefit our clients.
