Description

Together with the Client we mapped out the current processes, determined the ideal processes (shared vision) and drew alternative solutions for improvement possibilities including people, system, process visions and prepared a Road Map which defined how to achieve the defined new processes. As a result of the project way we managed to reduce redundancy and avoid duplication, as well as the integration of resources.

Our Client is an active investor on the real estate market. In addition to ongoing accounting services PS was assigned to provide consolidated financial statements for the Stock Exchange and assist in the statutory audit twice a year by adhering to strict internal deadlines.
