IT Coordinator

 

Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues with common IT issues
  • Coordinate preparation of IT equipment for New Joiners
  • Maintain hardware inventory registers
  • Monitor helpdesk ticket system
  • Analyze monthly IT operation reports
  • Holding short IT orientation training for new entrants

 

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • 1-3 years working experience
  • Intermediate English language knowledge
  • Strong computer-skills including MS Office applications
  • Good mechanical skills, affinity to solve technical problems
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable and precise person
