Office Administrator (part-time)

We are looking for a reliable person, who will undertake administrative tasks ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work.



  • Supporting the smooth running of our accountants’ work in 5-6 hours on a daily basis
  • Filing and scanning appropriate documents as needed
  • Formatting and printing relevant documents
  • Managing outgoing post and recording data on special deliveries
  • Close cooperation with respective departments


  • 0-2 years of experience in similar position
  • Solid Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Precise, attention to details
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Helpful attitude


  • Intermediate level in English (especially in writing)
  • Experience in a multinational environment
