Payroll Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Provide payroll services to our multinational customers
- Control, motivate and evaluate payroll assistants, also supervise their work
- Process daily payroll tasks
- Keep contact with clients
- Process regular and ad-hoc reports
- Takeover new clients and software, create new processes
- Provide help in different payroll and tax issues
- Monitor changes in legislation
Requirements:
- University or college degree in economics or related field is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- At least 1-2 years relevant leadership experience in Payroll, HR or Finance – Accounting
- Fluent in Hungarian and English
- Knowledge of an HR or Payroll software
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
