Join Process Solutions as a

Receptionist

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, take and deliver messages or transfer calls
  • Support mailing process and other administrative tasks
  • Order taxis and handle courier services

 

Requirements:

  • University or college degree
  • Intermediate level in English is a must
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience at a multinational company
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Business look, pleasant and positive manner
  • Client-focused approach
