How would you rate your development within the company?

I consider my development in the company as a very intensive and busy period of time. I started from the very basics, learning from the more experienced members of the team, meticulously taking note of every valuable piece of advice. I took part in HR and payroll external training organised by the company, as well as in many other internal and external trainings. You could definitely see that I caught the payroll bug and I approach my work with passion and love. I am constantly expanding my knowledge and gaining new experiences to reach my full potential ????.

Do you remember your first day at PS?

Yes! It was December, a week before Christmas. I was very stressed when I was introduced to all the staff in the office, but my team welcomed me very warmly, despite it being a very hectic time. They managed to present with my new duties, and it all felt very comfortable and reassuring ????

What do you value most about working at PS?

What I value most about working at PS is the people and the teamwork that we create. You can honestly say we support each other in daily tasks and cases, share our knowledge and experience, always try to help each other, and play to one goal ????. I also value flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely from home. I am one of those who start work in the morning timeframe but in case I need to run some errands before or after work the possibility to adjust the start time is very helpful.

How do you tackle the daily challenges that working with the Clients brings?

I try to approach each client individually, analysing their needs and the specifics of their business. It is important to me that the client receives full feedback containing actions that should be taken but also risks that may be associated with them. I always strive to keep the client informed about the progress of the case and provide support in solving problems. I am a task-oriented person so if I am given a challenge I aim to deliver every time ????.

Do you have any tips for successful work organisation?

When it comes to organising my work, I use the Outlook calendar and create my “things to do” list. I recommend using these tools to increase efficiency and avoid situations when you forget something. In my calendar I save all upcoming deadlines for payroll, tax declarations or deadlines for sending reports to clients and meetings. I create a task list for specific days, prioritising tasks and estimating the time needed to complete them. Then, after the tasks are done, I can cross them off the list, which in itself is very satisfying and motivating for me ????.
