What motivated you to apply to Process Solutions?

PS was recommended to me by a professional with a remarkable accounting/finance background as a great company to work for.

What tasks do you have as a Senior?

As a senior I have many different tasks, the main ones are below:

preparation of monthly closures
management reporting
preparation of VAT Returns
preparation of CIT Returns
preparation of yearly closures
preparation of financial statements
communication with clients, auditors and tax authorities
business problem solving
preparation of statistical statements

What do you consider as a challenge?

There are generally a lot of challenges in outsourcing. Always keeping a consistency in the quality of work delivered, whatever the conditions may be, is one of them.

What kind of support and training did you get that helped you to be such a successful employee of PS?

The most important thing is that I feel a direct support from my managers in everything I do. My opinion is always respected, we can discuss any problem and find the best solutions together. Without this kind of support everything would be harder.

As regards training, various specifically aimed training (VAT, CIT, US GAAP) as well as ACCA courses have helped to deepen my professional knowledge.

What do you consider as a success?

For me the biggest success is to have satisfied clients who appreciate my work.
